These terms and conditions apply to any purchase order issued by Héroux-Devtek Inc. or its affiliates.

Supplier’s code of Conduct

It is Héroux-Devtek’s policy and objective to maintain the highest standards of ethical business conduct. As stated in our own

Heroux-Devtek UK (Trading as APPH Ltd) and its affiliates announce our commitment to comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations regarding the European Union Regulation (EC 1907/2006) concerning (REACH) the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals.
REACH requires Heroux-Devtek (HD) to provide customers with sufficient information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) contained in products in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w) to allow safe use of the product. The Candidate List of SVHC as identified in Article 59 (1) Annex XIV, includes substances published by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) at: https://echa.europa.eu/home.
In accordance with Article 33, HD UK confirms our products do not contain any substances on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) above a concentration of 0.1% weight by weight of product, except as noted in the Appendix A attached hereto.
The information in this declaration is based on HD’s commercially reasonable efforts to identify information from supplier declarations, engineering evaluation, and assessments; the information is correct to HD’s knowledge. HD continues to actively evaluate our supply chain and will update Appendix A with information reflecting any changes as required for continued safe and compliant use of affected products or whenever amendments occur to the candidate list. HD is committed to compliance with government regulations and industry standards for the protection of the environment as well as continually striving to meet the needs of our customers.
