Management team

Martin Brassard was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Héroux-Devtek in 2019.  He joined the company in 1994 as controller; his role was expanded many times since then, with increased scope and responsibilities. A true team player and leader, Martin has led many strategic initiatives to success, including increased revenues and overall improvement of the different business units. Martin’s strong business acumen and financial expertise coupled with his capacity to listen and work well with his team allow him to view a business with a wide lens and then focus on the key drivers to obtain results. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from l’Université du Québec in Trois-Rivières.

Mr. Arsenault earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (specialization in accounting) from HEC Montréal in 1993. Subsequently, he completed his professional certification as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. After completing his studies, Mr. Arsenault worked for Arthur Andersen where he first served as an auditor (1993-1994), then as Senior Auditor (1995-1997). Mr. Arsenault joined Héroux-Devtek Inc. in September 1997, and progressively assumed the roles of Assistant-Controller and Controller at the Longueuil plant, Finance Manager and Vice President, Finance and Administration for the Landing Gear Product Line and Vice President, Control and Information Technology for Héroux-Devtek Inc. In September 2013, Mr. Arsenault was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
