Beverly Wyse

Corporate Director
Lead Director, Independent Director Since 2019, Member Of The Audit Committee

Ms. Wyse has worked for over 30 years at Boeing, most recently as President of Shared Services, a multi-billion dollar operating group. In that role, she refocused and restructured the organization and also delivered improved efficiency and performance. Previously, she was Vice-President & General Manager of Boeing South Carolina, a major manufacturing, assembly and delivery site for Boeing where she led the team through successful production rate increases, major improvements in workforce relations and significant reductions in operating costs. Throughout her extensive career at Boeing, Ms. Wyse also successfully led the 737, 767 and 787 Charleston programs. Ms. Wyse holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. She’s also a member of the Board of Trustees and the Finance and Investment Committee of the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.

Brian A. Robbins

Brian A. Robbins has been a Director of Héroux-Devtek since 2000, and is a member of the Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committee. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Exco Technologies Limited, and a former Director of Ontario Power Generation Inc., TecSyn International, Inc., Telepanel Systems Inc., Allgoods Inc. and Noma Industries Inc. Mr. Robbins is a current Director of AirBoss of America Corp. and Dofasco Inc., and is a member of several associations. He holds a Bachelors Degree in applied science from the University of Waterloo and is a P.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Gilles Labbé

Mr. Labbé is Executive Chairman of the Board since June 2019 and was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Héroux-Devtek from 2000 to 2019. Previous to the acquisition of Devtek in that year, he was President and CEO of Héroux Inc. since 1989. He joined Héroux Inc. in 1982 and served in various senior management positions including Executive Vice President, Vice-President Finance and Administration, and Director of Finance. Mr. Labbé holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a Chartered Accountant. He has received numerous business awards including the title of Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. Mr. Labbé is a Director of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada, a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of CGI Group, as well as a Board Director of Aéro Montreal.

James J. Morris

James J. Morris retired from The Boeing Company at the end of 2006 after a multifaceted 35-year career. In his last assignment at Boeing, he served as Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Morris led the Commercial Airplanes Supplier Management organization where he was responsible for all purchasing and internal parts production for Boeing Commercial jetliners. In addition, Mr. Morris previously served as Vice President for Twin Aisle Airplanes with responsibility for the 747, 767 and 777 programs, as well as Vice President for U.S. Army Programs and Military Rotorcraft. He is currently a Director of Esterline Corporation, Lord Corporation and JURA Corporation.  Mr. Morris has been a Director of Héroux-Devtek since 2013.

Martin’s strong business acumen and financial expertise coupled with his capacity to listen and work well with his team allow him to view a business with a wide lens and then focus on the key drivers to obtain results. Didier Evrard

A 40-year European aerospace veteran, Mr. Evrard most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Programs at Airbus Commercial Aircraft, a position he held for nearly five years. In this capacity, he was responsible for all civil aircraft programs, ensuring their profitability and leading product policy. In the eight years prior, Mr. Evrard was Head of the A350 XWB Program, overseeing the technical and industrial development of this iconic family of wide-body aircraft. Between 2002 and 2007, he acted as Program Lead at defence conglomerate MBDA. Didier Evrard graduated from the École Centrale de Lyon in 1975 and from the Sup’Aero Aerospace Engineering School in 1976.
